Your Tasks

Building progress from ideas together with passion

• Leading diverse construction projects in structural engineering, such as logistics halls, production facilities, parking garages, data centers, as well as office buildings - from calculation through to execution and final acceptance
• Support and monitoring of our construction projects regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
• Awarding and controlling subcontractor services
• Personnel responsibility as a manager for the construction site staff
• Working with the instruments of Standardized Project Execution, BIM, as well as Lean methods

Your Profile

• Completed engineering studies or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction or project management of construction projects in structural engineering
• Experience in the project management of data centers
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contract management, as well as construction execution
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, as well as strong social competence
