Your Tasks

Building progress from ideas together with passion

• Troubleshooting of incidents, also directly at the user's location
• Process optimization through root cause analysis
• Coordination and communication with users and specialist departments for further ticket processing
• Processing of general user inquiries
• Controlling of the ticket system

Your Profile

• Completed training in an IT profession
• Positive, confident appearance as well as good communication skills
• Good knowledge of client and server operating systems, administration (e.g., Active Directory, MS Exchange) as well as the MS Office product range and Office 365
• Good English in spoken and written form
• High customer and service orientation
• Interest and enjoyment in IT topics, as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
