Your Tasks

Building progress from ideas together with passion; responsibility for turnover, results, and budget of the Structural Engineering Frankfurt division as well as its strategic further development; acquisition of construction projects and new customers as well as active customer retention management; preparation of offers together with the Kalkulation and conducting of contract negotiations; turnover, result, and quality-oriented management of demanding structural engineering projects; leadership, development, and promotion of employees as well as recruitment of technical specialists and managers; representation of the company and expansion of the regional network

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a construction company
• Good market overview with a corresponding network in the construction and real estate industry
• Extensive experience in the leadership and development of employees
• Sound knowledge in Bauvertragswesen, supplemented by experience in the areas of Kalkulation, Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Projektleitung
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong focus on earnings, costs, and customers
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Communication strength and negotiation skills in combination with persuasiveness and assertiveness
• High level of initiative, innovative strength, goal orientation, and organizational strength
