Tasks As Manager: for digital product innovation, you are responsible for the design and validation of digital health products – from ideation to implementation. This involves combining strategy, user insights, new technologies, and practical experimentation to develop scalable solutions.
Your tasks Responsibility for continuous product discovery and experimentation. Application of methods such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, JTBD, and Agile to validate opportunities and potentials. Use of AI-supported prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Lovable to test concepts quickly. Translation of insights into clear product requirements, User Stories, and acceptance criteria. Close collaboration with teams from Engineering, Design, and Business to develop and implement viable solutions. Navigation within the regulatory environment of digital health solutions, including SaMD, data protection, and compliance. Promotion of product-driven growth through data-based prioritization and measurable results.
Desired Profile 6–8 years of professional experience in digital product development, innovation, or venture building. Proven B2C experience in developing digital products – from ideation to growth. Practical experience with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, JTBD, and agile methods. Experience using AI tools for Discovery, documentation, specification, or prototyping. Strong stakeholder management competence and the ability to provide clarity even in complex and ambiguous situations. Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage. Experience in the healthcare / digital health sector is an advantage.
