Industrial Maintenance Manager (M/F)
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management
Deploy and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance plan across the entire machine park (12 blow extrusion lines, extrusion heads, molds, cooling systems, conveyors, utilities) Optimize OEE by reducing unplanned downtime and restart times Manage and evolve the GMAO (data entry, historical analysis, spare parts tracking) Maintain a critical spare parts stock adapted to operational continuity (zero stockouts on vital parts) Monitor and analyze performance indicators: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, breakdown rate, maintenance cost per line Team Management
Supervise, lead, and develop the team of 5 maintenance technicians distributed across day shifts and 2x8 rotating shifts. Organize on-call duties and ensure service continuity in case of absence or critical breakdown Manage certifications and skill development of team members; conduct performance reviews and identify training needs Continuous Improvement & Projects
Actively contribute to TPM/Lean initiatives (5S, SMED, recurring breakdown analysis) Participate in investment projects: drafting specifications, machine acceptance, commissioning Collaborate with process and quality teams on projects to improve tooling and machine settings Manage scheduled shutdowns (major works, periodic overhauls) by planning internal and external resources Compliance & Safety
Guarantee regulatory compliance of equipment (periodic inspections, electrical certifications, pressure vessels) Ensure compliance with HSE rules and good hygiene practices in a food-grade environment (FSSC 22000) Manage external service providers and ensure the proper application of prevention plans Ensure strict adherence to safety rules under continuous production conditions (lockout/tagout, production/maintenance co-activity) Budget Management
Develop and monitor the maintenance budget (parts, subcontracting, recurring investments) Optimize critical parts stocks and supplier contracts Regularly report key indicators and associated action plans to management International Environment & Group Reporting
Interact regularly with the central services of the parent company (Germany): group engineering, purchasing, technical standards, investment projects Participate in group meetings and reporting in a foreign language (technical exchanges, sharing best practices, alignment with Mauser standards) Engage in benchmarking and experience sharing between group sites on a European and international scale Context and Working Environment
Machine park: 12 blow extrusion lines Production rhythm: continuous, 7j/7 - 24h/24 Environment: food-grade plastics industrial workshop (FSSC 22000), high temperatures, noise nuisance, shift work Context: international group, regular interactions with the parent company based in Germany Required availability: telephone and/or physical on-call duties depending on site organization Required Profile
Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or mechanical engineering Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in maintenance on plastics production lines, ideally in blow extrusion Proven experience in managing shift teams in a continuous production environment Mastery of technologies: hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, automation (Siemens, Schneider) Knowledge of TPM, RCM, AMDEC methods Fluent English indispensable (the group's working language for exchanges with central services) German appreciated (significant asset for inte
