Spanish Speaking Operator

Maurice Ward Group is a Supply Chain Management organization that was founded in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we operate 50 owned offices in 28 European countries

We are looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the industry and wants to learn the ropes in a supportive environment. You will work closely with a team to help manage customer requests, organize shipments, and ensure smooth communication between different departments.

Full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri)

Working hours: 11:00 am– 20:00 (lunch break included)

Job Status: Permanent (3-month probation period)

• Route & Rate Optimization: Identify the best shipping routes and rates, ensuring customers are always informed.
• Credit Checks: Conduct customer credit checks to ensure secure transactions.
• Transport Documentation: I ssue accurate transport documents in both our system and carrier systems.
• Sales & Operations Coordination: Work closely with Sales teams to guarantee seamless shipment handovers.
• Sea Freight Management: Organize and manage sea import and export shipments efficiently.
• Invoicing & Billing: Process invoices with precision, ensuring accurate billing.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and manage KPIs through monthly reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Service Provider Negotiation: Work with providers to secure the best rates and routing options for freight shipments.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish both written and spoken
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
