Site Manager M/F (M/F)
The Toulouse site carries out specialized activity in embedded video systems and custom-developed imaging solutions, with the medical field as its primary domain.
Ten people, a turnover of €5M, an activity that designs and manufactures its own products.
The position is opening to succeed the person who previously held it. The company headquarters is located in Bordeaux: the Toulouse site operates with true autonomy, but never in isolation.
You will report to the Président Directeur Général, based at the Bordeaux headquarters.
Running the site on a daily basis: Organization, planning, human and material resources: operations fall under your responsibility as a whole. You are also the guarantor of the site's economic results.
Managing the team: Ten people to animate, to develop, to engage. You also maintain the link with the company as a whole: this site is not an island, and its contribution to global performance deserves to be made visible to those who produce it.
Maintaining quality and safety: You ensure the application of the Quality system on-site and the compliance of what leaves the workshop, in close connection with the Product Quality Manager regarding the follow-up of actions. Personal safety and compliance with regulations are also your responsibility.
Working with other departments: Industry, logistics, support functions: you are their interlocutor on the site. Furthermore, you contribute to the marketing and commercial orientations of the activity - the position is not limited to execution.
The profile:
Indispensable -A technical or industrial management-oriented background -A solid culture in electronics: systems, circuits, equipment. You are not the site engineer, but you must understand what is manufactured there and be able to discuss it on equal footing with your teams and your clients. -Fluent professional English -At least ten years of practice in comparable responsibilities Appreciated -A background in a small-scale environment, where decisions are made quickly and where one does things oneself
Regarding personality: we are looking for someone who unites without having to claim it, who prioritizes urgencies when they arrive all at once, and who enjoys client contact to the point of going there themselves. Occasional travel is to be expected.
