Your Scope of Work:

Essential Tasks:

• Opening and closing of store
• Order taking and order collection
• Recommend matcha drinks to customers
• Whisking matcha
• Preparing matcha drinks start to finish
• Cleaning up regularly, maintaining a clean bar
• Receiving, restocking and arranging stocks
• Arranging and restocking retail items
• Recommending retail items
• Operating stone mill, collection of matcha powder
• Packing matcha powder

Essential Soft Skills:

• Warm reception to customers
• Recognise customers, their regular orders
• Build regular customer base, one at a time
• Share about matcha taste profiles and matcha stories
• Handle all tools, equipments and stone mill with utmost care
• Keep clean and tidy at all times
