QA Team Lead

For a leading defense company in its field in the Hadera area, an experienced QA Team Lead is required to lead the testing activities of advanced technological systems in the field of electro-optics and defense.

As part of the role, you will lead a team of software testers, serve as a professional authority in the field of quality, and take a significant part in ensuring the quality of complex systems that combine software, hardware, and algorithmics.

Full-time, non-hybrid position in Sderot

• At least 7 years of experience in software testing.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a testing team.
• Experience working with test and defect management systems, a significant advantage for Jira and Xray.
• Experience and familiarity with automation tools and development languages.
• Experience in leading automation processes or in developing automation solutions for testing.
• Leadership abilities, motivating employees, and a broad systemic vision.
• Very good English level (reading and writing).
