matrix is recruiting an Electrical Engineer

A graduate of Electrical or Electronics Engineering looking to enter the business-technology world? We are looking for an Engineer or Engineering Technician for a technical sales role in the field of testing and measurement equipment.

The role combines engineering understanding with commercial work facing customers and includes managing sales processes from end to end, adapting technical solutions to customer needs, preparing quotations, performing demonstrations and training, and routine work with manufacturers and suppliers abroad.

No prior sales experience is required – professional training will be provided as part of the role.

Full-time position, working at the company's offices in Petah Tikva and traveling to customers in Israel.

• Engineer or Engineering Technician in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, or a relevant technical field – Mandatory.
• Sales orientation and a desire to integrate and develop in the technical sales world – Mandatory.
• Very good level of English.
• High ability for learning and technical understanding, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel to customers – Mandatory!
• Prior experience in technical sales, testing and measurement equipment, or working with the defense/engineering industry – Significant advantage.
