IT Risk management

For Matrix, an IT Risk management professional is required. The role includes leading risk management and control processes in technological units, supporting managers, teams, and core products within the organization, and participating in strategic projects: cloud migration, implementation of AI solutions, and the launch of new systems; performing risk surveys, identifying opportunities, and implementing controls; removing barriers and promoting processes from a strategic business perspective; regular work with senior management and presenting insights and recommendations; as well as leading the implementation of regulatory requirements and monitoring trends and innovation. Full-time position in Tel Aviv in a hybrid model.

Significant experience of over 5 years in the fields of risk management and control; broad technological understanding and familiarity with advanced platforms; systemic vision and the ability to analyze complex processes; sharp critical thinking alongside a proactive approach to process improvement; familiarity with technological regulation; ability to influence, motivate, and lead multiple interfaces; experience working with senior management; professional curiosity, high learning ability, and a desire to develop; high level of English.
