Your Tasks

  • The creation of customs declarations in the import and export sector in the ATLAS system of the customs authorities, observing all customs and foreign trade law regulations and legal requirements
  • Registration, monitoring, and termination of special/simplified customs procedures such as active/passive processing, temporary admission
  • The tariff classification of goods
  • The creation of Intrastat reports
  • The performance of other operational tasks and activities for all import and export projects
  • Assisting in the creation of work instructions and process descriptions for client-related customs clearance
  • Assisting in the application and updating of customs law procedures
  • Supporting the specialist team in clarifying customs and foreign trade law issues

Our Requirements

  • Training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training; knowledge in the customs and foreign trade sector
  • Experience in the areas of material supply and order processing
  • Experience in the use of customs clearance tools ATLAS/NCTS as well as SAP R/3
  • English skills
