Your Tasks

• Central contact person for our credit institution and reporting (submission of quarterly financial statements, contact person during audits, etc.)
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management (payment verification, verification of account movements)
• Contract management in our document management system
• Creation of regular liquidity planning
• Support with annual financial statements and monthly closings
• Collaboration in quote creation and calculation
• Contact person for internal customers
• Close cooperation with the management
• Various ad-hoc analyses (creation of key figures, statistics, evaluations)
• Cooperation and contact person for auditors
• Compilation of monthly reporting and annual planning as well as cost and profit forecasts including preparation for management

Our Requirements

• Commercial training as Industriekaufmann/-frau or Betriebswirt: in; degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre or similar
• User knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, SD), MS-Office products
• English skills
• Independent working including independent problem-solving
• Initiative
• High willingness to cooperate and teamwork skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• High communication skills
• Ensuring proper and independent processing in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
