Integration/Wire Harness Methods Technician M/F

Within our integration/wire harness methods department, the Methods Technician M/F will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and optimization of the industrial tool and the organization of workstations implemented within a defined technological scope.

MISSIONS

Optimize and update the series industrial file by:

• Conducting analyses and studies to optimize product manufacturing and ensure productivity gains in series production
• Proposing optimizations of the manufacturing process and workstation organization to allow for productivity improvement
• Ensuring the implementation, planning, reporting, and financial analysis of optimization projects for series industrial files.
• Performing time studies of operations in order to update the process times of series activities if necessary.
• Being the guarantor of the update of DFI related to manufacturing process optimizations.
• Monitoring the first manufacturing OF,
• Being the guarantor of the implementation of new tooling necessary for process optimization.
• Preparing investment study files.

PROFILE

With a training level of BAC +2 in mechanics/mechatronics or equivalent through experience, you have at least 3 years of experience in an identical position. A basic level of English is required.
