Outsourcing Workshop Supervisor (M/F)

Within the production workshop, the Workshop Supervisor (M/F) leads and animates the production team to organize activities in order to guarantee the operation of the workshop under their responsibility in compliance with the company's SQMDCE objectives.

MISSIONS

Within the Outsourcing unit, the Workshop Supervisor (M/F) leads and animates an autonomous team of employees and organizes activities to guarantee the operation of the capacity-based outsourcing under their responsibility, in compliance with the company's SQCD objectives:

• Manage workforce (absences, multi-skilling, versatility, training, evaluation).
• Initialize files and implement new products in outsourcing.
• Team management:
• Lead final control activities: compliance with commitments requested by scheduling.
• Lead methods activities: planning, task assignment, handling evolutions, implementation of standards.
• Lead quality activities: planning, management of outsourcing non-conformities.
• Propose, then lead the implementation of new processes to be outsourced.
• Lead the monitoring of capacity-based outsourcing. Ensure its global coordination.
• Inform stakeholders of any significant deviations.
• Ensure compliance with outsourcing commitments.
• Propose and implement improvements for the operation of capacity-based outsourcing.
• Ensure compliance with standards at subcontractors.
• Propose actions to reduce the company's environmental impact.
• Validate the Outsourcing industrial file.
• Validate new capacity-based subcontractors upon proposal from the purchasing department.
• Determine solutions by optimizing the methods and means at their disposal to achieve their objectives.
• Propose budgets allowing for improvements in yield and quality.
• Propose HR budgets (workforce needs and payroll).
• Synthesize risks and guarantee reporting to their hierarchy.
• Enforce HSE policy and instructions.

PROFILE

With a Bac+2 level of education, you have at least 5 years of experience in team management and industrial production management.

You know how to adapt your communication depending on your interlocutors, particularly when representing Matra Electronique to clients. Professional English (B2) is expected, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of an EAP organization is a plus.
