Production Quality Manager M/F

Within the quality department, the Production Quality Manager M/F leads and animates the production quality team with the aim of guaranteeing the proper functioning of the EAP.

Under the responsibility of the quality manager, you work with various internal clients (Matra Electronique departments involved in the project and the production site) and external clients (client quality representatives).

MISSIONS

To this end, you:

• Manage the team of quality technicians and experts. Schedule management, multi-skilling, training, annual HR interviews.
• Set objectives and implement the associated action plans to achieve them.
• Lead the rituals (handover of instructions, 5-minute meetings, field tours, commitment meetings, workload monitoring). Inform interested parties of any significant deviations.
• Intervene in the construction of the budget

PROFILE

With a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience in managing a production quality team.

Knowledge of IPC 610 and 620 standards is a plus.

You know how to adapt your communication according to your interlocutors, particularly when representing Matra Electronique to clients. Mastery of Quality tools (problem-solving methods, dashboard writing, Pareto diagram, PDCA, AMDEC, …) is expected. Professional English (B2) is expected, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of an EAP organization is a plus
