MCO & Spare Parts Project Manager (M/F)

Within the Business Department, the MCO & Spare Parts Project Manager (M/F) ensures the consolidation of data necessary for the operational maintenance of products, acting as the ordering party for the various subject-matter experts and subcontractors working on projects.

MISSIONS

1/ MCO contract monitoring:

• Create the activity report dedicated to Operational Maintenance, setting the business direction by relying on experts from the different fields related to your activity (methods, production management, quality, supplies; purchasing…)
• Analyze obsolescence and propose the stocking of components and sub-assemblies necessary for repairs
• Carry out the assessment of necessary tooling (test means, test tools, manufacturing tools…) as well as quotes for the repair or replacement of tools until delivery, with a focus on controlling costs, quality, and deadlines
• Present the report and propose solutions to maintain the equipment

2/ Steering product realization:

• Review the customer request
• Represent the customer's interests by aiming for their satisfaction, while ensuring the profitability of the business projects under your responsibility
• Prepare quotes
• Perform the manufacturing launch review
• Monitor manufacturing
• Manage invoicing and delivery

Be the primary contact for Matra Electronique customers

Holder of a Bac +3 in electronics, mechatronics, engineering sciences, generalist, or equivalent through experience. You have 5 years of experience. Knowledge in electronics, electrotechnics, particularly in the testing and/or manufacturing of electronic equipment is a plus. A B2 level of English is expected
