Business Manager M/F

Under the responsibility of the Business Service Manager, the Business Manager M/F manages programs as a principal contractor, working with various subject-matter experts.

MISSIONS

In this capacity, your missions consist of:

• Setting the direction of the business by relying on experts from the different fields related to your activity (methods, production management, quality, supplies; purchasing.);
• Representing the client's interests by aiming for their satisfaction, while ensuring the profitability of the businesses for which you are responsible;
• Building the industrial and commercial plan for the advanced card and/or electronic calculator projects for which you are responsible and ensuring their completion, from the tender stage to delivery, with a focus on controlling costs, quality, and deadlines;
• Being the primary interlocutor for the MBDA client

Coming from a Bac +5 education (engineer or Master's) or equivalent through experience. You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the space or aeronautics domain will be an asset. Skills in project and program management in an industrial environment are desired. An intermediate level of English (B2-C1) is required. You have good interpersonal skills as well as good organization. You know how to adapt your communication according to your interlocutors. You master and use an ERP on a daily basis.
