Within the procurement service, you ensure the required supplies at the best cost based on data from requirements calculations, framework agreements, and procurement modalities.

MISSIONS

• Examine the expression of needs (lead times, quantities, prices, dead stock.).
• Know the specificities of the orders for the products handled: products on ST, on plan, expiration, storage constraints (e.g., frozen products).
• Transform purchase proposals into orders.
• Inform internal clients of discrepancies (price for an emergency repair, dead stock, lead times.).
• Maintain supplier Lead Times up to date in the ERP.
• Keep the order book up to date. Manage reception anomalies (missing documents, delivery error.).
• Manage lead times for return orders.
• Report ERP and configuration anomalies.
• Examine and process outstanding orders (prioritization, delivery anticipation, partial delivery, verification of common references.).
• Evaluate facts/data to issue recommendations/conclusions.
• Modify partially identified solutions to guarantee supplies.
• Validate orders within your level of delegation.
• Validate manual BSM after examination.
• Redirect the order placement to a known alternative supplier in case of inappropriate lead time or quantity from the main supplier.
• Work under control at the initiative of your hierarchy.

PROFILE

Hold a BAC+2 degree, or equivalent through experience, providing general knowledge regarding procurement techniques and management. Master Excel (functions, TCD.). Master English. Minimum B2. Know how to apprehend a situation in its entirety and its specificities.
