Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Accountant to oversee the full AP cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. The role also includes managing reconciliations, fixed assets, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

• Review and process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Manage supplier payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Perform supplier reconciliations and monitor aging reports
• Oversee fixed assets recording and tracking
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Support audits and reporting processes
• Supervise and guide AP team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
• Good knowledge of fixed assets
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
