With a unique vintage-retro ambiance, we are dedicated to providing great coffee, meaningful experiences, and a warm space for people to connect. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operational Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise all staff including baristas, kitchen crew, and front-of-house team.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, supplier coordination, and order management.
• Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions and community events.
• Monitor sales, operational costs, and suggest improvements to increase profitability.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Report directly to the owner and provide regular operational updates and insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of café/restaurant operations, including POS systems, staffing, and inventory.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Based in or near Bintaro, South Jakarta.
