Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Assistant - Junior

At Materia Gris, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Assistant.

Mission:

You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content and implementing marketing strategies that drive the company's positioning, strengthening brand communication and promoting the dissemination of our Information Technology (IT) consulting services.

Requirements:

• Technical or university education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
• Experience using video editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Management of creative AI (ideally having already had exposure to different tools).
• Experience in Figma.
• Knowledge of social media management tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or others.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Slack, Notion, Trello, etc.).
• Competencies: creativity, excellent writing and spelling, results orientation, and proactivity.
• Availability to work in person in Surquillo.

Main functions:

• Develop graphic pieces that contribute to strengthening the company's image and visual communication.
• Support the implementation of marketing actions to disseminate IT consulting services.
• Generate visual material that facilitates the presentation of commercial proposals and services to clients.
• Contribute to the updating and improvement of visual content on the company's digital channels.
• Develop the visual resources defined in the content planning.
• Provide graphic support to the different areas of the company to support their communication and promotion initiatives.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize design processes.
• Propose new creative ideas aligned with trends in the technology sector.
• Attend to design requirements prioritized by the marketing analyst.
• Other functions inherent to the area.
