Job Description:

Your missions are to: Drive and optimize corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance activities in order to guarantee equipment availabilityDefine intervention priorities taking into account production and packaging constraintsManage the maintenance budget, coordinate service providers, and negotiate contractsMonitor performance indicators, produce regular reporting, and lead continuous improvement and reliability projectsManage and develop a multidisciplinary team: work coordination, skill development, annual reviews, and technical trainingEmbody and promote the safety culture within the team: risk training, compliance with procedures, and field leadershipProvide cross-functional technical expertise (mechanics, electrotechnics, automation) and guarantee the regulatory compliance of the scope***Collaborate on investment projects, ensure active technological monitoring, and disseminate best practices to the team
