I am recruiting on behalf of my client, specialized in the Industrial sector near the city of Saint Etienne, an HSE Manager (M/F) in CDI.

Reporting to the Site Management, you will take charge of the Hygiene, Safety, and Environment approach and play a key role in improving practices, preventing risks, and supporting operational teams.

Your missions: Deploy and implement the site's Health, Safety, and Environment policy Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure the monitoring of the DUERP/PAPRIPACT Analyze incidents and risk situations and coordinate corrective actions Lead prevention efforts among teams and develop a safety culture in the field Manage environmental issues related to the site: ICPE, waste, chemical products, and emissions Monitor and evolve the ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems Prepare for and support regulatory audits and inspections Monitor HSE indicators and ensure reporting to Management.

Profile Description:

You have a higher education background at the Bac+5/engineer level, ideally oriented towards HSE, QHSE, materials, metallurgy, or environment, and you have proven experience in an HSE function within an industrial environment.

Experience acquired in a demanding industrial setting, particularly in metallurgy, heavy industry, or a production environment, will be a real asset.

You are comfortable with the main frameworks and management systems, notably ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001.

Knowledge of the EN9100 standard will also be appreciated.
