Job Description:

Your missions are to: Define the QHSE objectives, policy, and indicators taking into account the regulatory context, management orientations, and operational constraintsEnsure normative and regulatory monitoring and deploy the Group's Quality policy within the factoryDrive the implementation and monitoring of the action plan to achieve QHSE objectivesConduct regular internal audits and prepare QHSE performance evaluation toolsGuarantee the quality of processes and products, and identify priority areas for improvementPrepare and manage external audits and certifications (ISO 9001, BRC, IFS) and ensure the follow-up of post-audit action plansEnsure employee training on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory provisionsProvide operational and methodological support to managers in the application of best practicesIn connection with the HSE Manager: drive the accident and incident prevention program, ensure relations with authorities and control bodies, supervise the implementation of safety and environment processes (PPE, regulatory controls, safety audits) Ensure regular reporting of the department's performance

Profile Description:

Your profile: With a BAC+5 degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in industry You master ISO, IFC, and BRC frameworks your qualities: Ability to unite people, leadership, and rigor
