Project Engineer / Lead Engineer ADAS & Testing (m/f/d) (Project Engineer)

As a Project Engineer / Lead Engineer ADAS & Testing (m/f/d), you will assume technical and organizational responsibility for the planning, preparation, and execution of demanding test and development projects in the field of modern Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). You will form the central interface between system development, design, and testing, and ensure that test vehicles, test setups, and measurement systems are optimally designed and ready for use.

Your tasks:

• Holistic support of ADAS testing and integration projects from the concept phase through hardware integration to test execution.
• Independent 3D design of components and brackets as well as the creation of precise circuit diagrams for system integration.
• Coordination and execution of the setup of test systems, test vehicles, and ADAS sensor measurement chains.
• Close exchange with development departments, software teams, and external partners to coordinate testing requirements and test specifications.
• Evaluation of test results, technical documentation, and continuous further development of testing and measurement methodology.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the field of testing, test engineering, or measurement and sensor integration – ideally in the ADAS environment.
• Sound experience in 3D design and demonstrable experience in creating circuit diagrams with SOLIDWORKS Electrical are mandatory.
• Class B driver's license, strong communication and presentation skills, fluent English, and proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel and Teams).
