• High school graduate or equivalent
• Bekasi-based preferred
• F&B/barista experience is a plus
• Matcha whisking experience is a plus
• Passionate about matcha & beverages
• Friendly & customer-oriented
• Clean, responsible & disciplined
• Willing to learn & grow with Matchia
• Able to work in a team
• Available for shifts, weekends & holidays
