Supply Chain Director (M/F)

MISSION

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in alignment with the company's growth
• Supervise, motivate, and develop significant multidisciplinary teams, promoting autonomy and continuous improvement
• Manage and scale up the logistics platform to secure warehousing and distribution capacities
• Optimize inventory management, planning, and working capital requirements while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
• Harmonize and structure processes, performance indicators, and management tools across sites
• Represent the Supply Chain function within the Executive Committee and actively contribute to the company's strategic and cross-functional decisions

PROFILE

• You have a minimum of 10 years of successful experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally within an industrial or distribution ETI
• A field leader and recognized manager, you possess solid experience in change management, organizational structuring, and warehouse management
• You have an excellent command of ERPs and global planning challenges
• Fluent English required
