Accountant

Responsibility and Main Job Contents: 1）Enter financial transactions into SAP. 2）Validate incoming invoices in tax system, reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 3）Issue invoices to clients and external partners as needed. 4）Check and process expense reports. 5）Monthly financial closing related jobs, support export tax-refund process, support external team for tax filing. 6）Responsible for financial voucher book making following Chinese accounting regulations. 7）Maintain digital and physical financial records. 8）Support monthly inventory checking and related adjustment. 9）Participate in annual audits.

Qualifications: Educational background -Bachelor’s degree or above. -Major of accounting, Finance, or related one.

Hard skills -English, both written and spoken. -Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role. -Knowledge of basic accounting procedures. -Familiarity with financial regulations. -Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. -Hands-on experience with MS Excel and SAP.

Soft skills -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proactivity and problem-solving skills. -Organizational skills.
