Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site piping installation activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Drive effective and productive execution of assigned tasks to meet customer requirements and delivery targets
- Monitor and enforce quality standards to achieve project deadlines with zero safety incidents
- Maintain site housekeeping and enforce compliance with Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and workflow protocols
- Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) before work commencement to communicate safety and operational plans
- Ensure the safety of all team members by implementing and monitoring safety measures on site
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in productivity and work processes to enhance project outcomes
- Interpret piping diagrams and drawings accurately to guide installation and troubleshooting activities
- Apply knowledge of machinery equipment functionalities to support installation and maintenance tasks
- Utilize understanding of piping material requirements for both repair and new construction projects
- Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to document progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels to foster teamwork and project success
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Valid Worksite Supervisor certification (WSHMCI/BCSS and SWCSO) to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the PCM sector in a similar supervisory role
