PRODUCTION WORKER

1. Decorates, assembles, coats, layers, and stages cakes.
2. Performs cake production activities at the assigned station.
3. Monitors ingredients and reports stock deficiencies.
4. Maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with GMP, and Food Safety standards.
5. Reports quality, food safety, equipment, and tool concerns.
6. Follows company policies, quality, and food safety standards.

7.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1.Must have completed at least Senior High School or two (2) years of education (Vocational/College Undergraduate). 2.Food-related NC II Certification (Baking, Bread & Pastry Production, Food and Beverage Services, Food Services, Cookery, or Food Processing) is an advantage.
