Essential Qualifications:

• Qualifications: Degree in English Philology, Teaching Proficiency, or an equivalent academic title
• Language: Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Personality: Positive attitude, communication skills, and the ability to create an environment where the child feels safe and happy
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar position (children/adolescents) will be appreciated, but above all, we value passion and the willingness to evolve

Full Compensation Package: Legal hourly wage (based on experience/years of service), marriage allowance, gifts and bonuses, with the possibility of salary increases depending on performance and contribution
