*Responsibilities*

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high levels of performance.
• Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate cashiering practices.
• Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and manage inventory.
• Recruit and onboard new team members in alignment with company standards.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in budgeting efforts to meet financial goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.

*Experience*

• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience with cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
• Knowledge of budgeting practices is preferred but not required.
