Salesforce Delivery Lead
London | Hybrid - 2-3 days per week | Permanent
We're working with a growing Salesforce consultancy looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead to oversee complex Salesforce implementation programmes and help shape their growing delivery function.
The Role
You'll take ownership across the full project life cycle, working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Delivery Consultants and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple complex Salesforce projects and programmes.
- Supporting Project Managers with risks, escalations and delivery challenges.
- Supporting pre-sales, estimation, proposals and SOWs.
- Managing scope, change control and commercial performance.
- Overseeing PMO, governance, reporting and resource planning.
- Developing delivery processes, frameworks and best practices.
- Managing senior customer relationships and executive governance.
- Leading and developing Project Managers and delivery teams.
- Driving the use of AI-enabled delivery practices.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong experience leading Salesforce delivery organisations or portfolios.
- Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and global teams.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with pre-sales and proposals.
- Experience developing delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Desirable: Salesforce Education Cloud, Higher Education, Agile delivery, Salesforce certifications and AI-enabled delivery experience.
