Salesforce Administrator (Contract)
Salesforce Administrator Remote / Hybrid (UK) Initial 6-Month Contract Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35 subject to assessment)
We're working with a client looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving user adoption and platform effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows and automation.
- Support users with system queries, troubleshooting and training.
- Configure Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance activities.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into platform enhancements.
- Assist with user management, profiles, roles and permissions.
- Support new Salesforce releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience managing users, security settings and data integrity.
- Ability to gather and understand business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced project or BAU environments.
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Exposure to integrations and third-party Salesforce applications.
- Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements and transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
