Your tasks

As our consultant team grows, we’re looking for a Consultant Support Executive to keep the engine running. You’ll split your time between supporting consultants on live searches and owning our marketing and events. It suits someone from a recruitment support or junior marketing role in financial services who wants real ownership and variety.

_Recruitment support_

• Write and publish job adverts, source candidates and coordinate interviews
• Format and update CVs, and keep our candidate database clean and current
• Support our internal graduate recruitment

_Marketing and business development_

• Manage our website content, social media presence, advertising and PR
• Produce and distribute regular market updates and pitch documents to clients
• Track competitor activity and help research new business opportunities

_Events and operations_

• Plan our quarterly client events and find industry events for consultants to attend
• Manage the company calendar
• Provide holiday cover for weekly payroll (Sage Line 50, with training provided)
• Keep the office running smoothly: phones, post, IT queries and interview rooms

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a recruitment support, resourcing or marketing role, ideally within financial services
• Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
• Excellent organisation, with the ability to juggle priorities and handle last-minute changes
• Sharp attention to detail and good with numbers
• A confident, professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Sage Line 50 experience is a bonus, not essential
