Programme and Partnerships Executive (2-years Contract)

Masjid Darul Ghufran is seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme & Partnerships Executive to lead impactful initiatives aimed at strengthening marriage and family well-being within our community. This role includes overseeing programmes such as Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme), Purposeful Play, and Parent Peer Support Group (PPSG). You will engage stakeholders, deliver community programmes, and ensure effective outreach, research, and administrative coordination to meet organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Programme Development and Management Community Engagement, Outreach and Publicity Research Development Administrative Support Education & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Family Studies, or a related field 2-3 years in relevant work experience in programme management or partnership coordination Preferably experience working in family development or community-based initiatives Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage and deliver multiple programmes simultaneously Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and partnership development Strong organisational and time-management skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 1 week after closing date.
