Mission: As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Scheduler Procurement M/F to work as a service provider at one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will ensure the administrative follow-up of purchases, orders, and expenses, from the expression of need to the processing of invoices. You will also contribute to budget monitoring, the production of reporting, and coordination between various internal and external stakeholders.
More specifically, your missions will be:
Purchasing and orders Enter and ensure the administrative follow-up of purchase requests and orders in the dedicated tools
Perform order receptions and ensure their follow-up
Occasionally contact suppliers for needs in supplies and small equipment
Ensure the availability of orders to the requesters
Budget monitoring Update budget and expense tracking files
Consolidate data relating to budgets, purchase requests, orders, and receptions
Identify potential discrepancies and contribute to their analysis
Ensure budget updates and transfers according to needs
Invoicing and dispute follow-up Process and follow up on invoices in the dedicated tools
Identify and follow up on anomalies or disputes related to orders and invoices
Ensure follow-ups with various stakeholders to facilitate their resolution
Exchange with accounting departments and suppliers when necessary
Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Consolidate and control data from various management tools
Produce the indicators necessary for monitoring expenses, budgets, and orders
Participate in the reliability and improvement of tracking tools
Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM weekdays only
Profile: With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in management, purchasing, administration, finance, or an equivalent field, you have a first experience in an administrative, purchasing, order management, or budget monitoring environment. You are proficient in Excel and office tools and have a good ability to analyze and ensure the reliability of data. Knowledge of SAP, Zycus and/or Basware is a real asset. Rigorous, organized, and reactive, you know how to manage several subjects in parallel and ensure the follow-up of your files with reliability. Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are comfortable in exchanges with different stakeholders as well as in the use of professional English.
