The MASER ENGINEERING teams of the Consulting Hub support clients, from large industrial groups, in their innovative aeronautical projects.

Maintenance Methods, the Acquisition of Industrial Means, and Industrialization are at the heart of our business expertise.

Mission:

In a context of service expansion, we are looking for a Maintenance Methods Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) based in Rochefort (17) directly on the site of our client, an aeronautical leader.

Reporting to the Engineering Activity Manager, you will be in charge of the analysis of the machine park and the management of its maintenance and reliability. Specifically, your missions consist of: Integrating external preventive maintenance into SAPOptimizing preventive maintenance (criticality, periodicity)Writing technical documentationLeading weekly meetings in relation to the professions involved (production, quality, preparation)Verifying the compliance of procedures and plans (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)Participating in reliability analyses and the security plan for these means (AMDEC, spare parts, double source)Analyzing data and implementing indicators (downtime, production performance)

In addition, supporting the industrial maintenance service on a daily basis.

Profile:

With a BAC +5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, or Mechanics, you have at least 3 years of experience in the maintenance or production sector.

You master maintenance methods and tools (AMDEC, MAXER, Functional Analysis).

Reading plans, diagrams, and your knowledge in mechanics, electrical, and hydraulics are, for you, well-acquired.

You master technical English and knowledge of the ERP SAP is a great plus.
