The MASER ENGINEERING Maintenance Pole teams ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of wind farms throughout France and intervene in the repair and improvement of electrical and mechanical equipment. Mission: As part of the development of our wind activity, we are looking for our future Wind Work Coordinator M/F in CDI, who will be based in Le Mans to plan, coordinate, manage, and supervise all interventions and services within their scope. More specifically, the missions consist of: Safety:
Ensure within the team the application and compliance with the instructions, rules, and procedures in force in the company (wearing PPE, identification and prevention of potential risks on sites, etc.) Participate in the implementation and management of HSE measures on the intervention site Site Organization:
Identify the necessary resources (labor, supplies) and select supply sources (purchase requests, reception, verification of conformity) Define the interventions and the operating procedures to be implemented Organize and coordinate the interventions of the different teams (human and material resources) Supervision and site intervention:
Participate in meetings with clients Supervise the proper execution of team interventions (quality control, conformity) Identify scope deviations from the client order in order to present amendments Management:
Lead the members of the team Assign missions according to skills and workload Ensure the training of each team member and oversee their professional development Monitor their schedule and hours worked Technical intervention on site:
Depending on the circumstances, perform or provide support for the service Ensure the proper execution of work and services by subcontractors on the site Site Closure:
Guarantee the acceptance of work with the client in order to control its conformity with the specifications Plan, organize, and monitor the list of any potential reservations Prepare the necessary elements for the invoicing of the work Travel arrangements: Daily or weekly travel (Monday -> Friday) is to be expected for approximately 50% of the time on wind farms around Le Mans and 50% of the time traveling to the following locations: Loiret (45)

Hours: During the day Travel: Traveling Profile: With a BAC/BAC+2/BAC+3 in Industrial Maintenance/Electrotechnics or a specific wind energy diploma (such as BZEE), you have at least 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in the wind sector
You master all processes related to wind turbine maintenance as well as technical English and the Pack Office
You hold the GWO package (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness)
