Wind Team Leader M/F - Amiens (80)

The MASER ENGINEERING Maintenance Pole teams ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of wind farms throughout France and intervene in the repair and improvement of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Mission: As part of our development in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a Wind Team Leader M/F on a CDI basis located in Amiens (80), in order to coordinate teams during various wind farm maintenance operations.

While supervising a team of 2 to 4 technicians depending on the schedule, your position consists of:

Manage equipment, tools, and various consumables

Perform inspections and any corrective operations

Perform and supervise the annual and semi-annual maintenance of wind farms

Write technical reports following inspections and/or repairs

Respect the Company's procedures, particularly Quality Safety Environment rules

Hours: Daytime Travel: Somme (80) / Aisne (02)

Profile: Holding a BAC/BAC+2/BAC+3 in Industrial Maintenance/Electrotechnics or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Wind sector or at least 5 years of experience as a Wind maintenance Technician

You master technical English and the Pack Office

You hold the GWO package (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness)

Composite training is a plus

You demonstrate rigor, listening skills, and initiative

You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy team management in addition to being comfortable with all processes related to wind turbine maintenance
