Operations Staff will be responsible for managing tour bookings, coordinating itineraries, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth, high-quality travel experiences for clients. This role requires close coordination with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, and local partners, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage tour bookings and reservations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare, update, and monitor client itineraries from confirmation through completion of trips
  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure all logistics run smoothly
  • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other local partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
  • Monitor ongoing trips and respond promptly to any operational issues or client concerns
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client's travel experience
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and partner communications
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration is an advantage
  • Prior experience in travel operations, reservations, or tour coordination is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using booking/reservation systems
  • A team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitude
