Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication, Design, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in video editing (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may apply)
- Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva
- Basic understanding of color grading, audio syncing, and transitions
- Familiar with content formats for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Responsible for uploading and scheduling content to company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails/social media assets (via Canva)
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Understand basic social media best practices (posting times, hashtags, captions, engagement)
- Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and creative
- Able to take feedback and revise work efficiently
- Portfolio/reel of previous editing work (required)
