Operations & Inventory Officer
Receive products from Cairo International Airport, verify quantities against purchase orders and supplier invoices, inspect product integrity, record receipts in ERP, and organize stock by product type, batch number, and expiry date.
Ensure compliance with approved storage and transportation conditions, maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, conduct stock counts, reconcile physical and ERP balances, resolve variances, and verify consignment stock held by distributors and the sales team.
Prepare and verify orders for pharmacies, customers, and warehouses according to sales instructions and distribution plans; record stock issues and transfers in ERP, coordinate deliveries, and manage returned products.
Process and verify website orders, coordinate courier handovers, monitor inventory on Noon, Amazon, and Jumia, arrange replenishment, and provide early warnings of potential shortages.
Record all receipts, issues, supplies, transfers, and returns accurately and promptly in ERP; reconcile inventory logs with physical stock and prepare reports covering movements, variances, availability, shortages, and operational risks.
Monitor inventory and minimum stock levels across warehouses and cold-storage facilities, analyze consumption, sales, and SKU movements, forecast future requirements, and recommend purchase orders or replenishment to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
Two to three years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, or supply chain management.
Experience within the pharmaceutical or dietary-supplement industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP and inventory-management systems, particularly Odoo, together with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Access to a vehicle or possession of a valid driving license.
Strong inventory-management, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills when working with internal departments and external parties.
Accuracy and discipline in data entry, operational follow-up, and the implementation of corrective actions.
