🚨 URGENTLY NEEDED — HEAD BAR

We’re currently preparing an exciting new F&B concept in South Jakarta and looking for a Head Bar to join our opening team as soon as possible.

☕ HEAD BAR

We’re looking for someone who is strong in daily bar operations and has a good understanding of coffee & beverages, product development, recipe standardization, costing, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Hands-on and comfortable working in an opening environment
• Strong leadership and team-training skills
• Understands product consistency, efficiency, and operational standards
• Able to lead and develop the bar team
