Qualification:

• Min. 1-2 years experience
• Expert in haircut, blow, styling, coloring, bleaching, keratin & smoothing
• Able to consult based on face shape, hair condition & client needs
• Understand color theory & color techniques
• Fast, neat, detail-oriented & team player
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, friendly & professional attitude
• Able to maintain a positive work environment & follow salon SOP/standards
• Able to recommend treatments, upsell professionally & explain aftercare
• Experienced with color-treated & bleached hair preferred
