The complete development of the collections takes place at our headquarters in Murg in Southern Baden. This is the location of our sewing atelier, our cutting department, and our CAD and design team. Our growing Design & Development Department in Murg is looking for reinforcement in the form of a

Product Developer Beachwear (m/f/d)

The Task:

• Responsibility for the model development of beachwear assortments (tunics, dresses, accessories, etc.) according to sketches, from the proto sample to production release
• Pattern making on the CAD system including grading
• Creation of all technical documentation
• Conducting fittings to ensure fit
• Measurement and processing control of prototypes and size sets
• Written sample assessment and instruction for next development steps for fit, processing, and quality assurance
• Close cooperation with Design, Purchasing, Sewing, and Cutting

Our new team member should bring:

• A sound education or degree in garment and pattern technology
• Professional experience in the clothing industry
• Pattern making experience in a CAD system
• Good knowledge of sewing and processing manufacturing processes
• A strong sense for materials, fit, and quality
• Ideally knowledge in using technical drawing programs such as Illustrator or Koppermann
• Independent working style, teamwork, commitment, flexibility, and reliability
• Good English skills
