  • Independent processing of all purchasing processes for lining and shell fabrics: from negotiating terms to requirements planning, ordering, and deadline monitoring, through to invoice control and booking of goods receipts
  • Correspondence with our suppliers as an interface to our design department regarding the development of new fabrics and prints
  • Administrative processing of samples
  • Communication with international design studios and execution of artwork purchases
  • Compilation and continuous maintenance of technical material data
  • Interface to our quality assurance and handling of complaints with our suppliers
  • Organization of and participation in supplier meetings, including their preparation and follow-up

Our new team member should bring:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies
  • Ideally prior knowledge in the textile sector or in textile management
  • Initial professional experience in the field of procurement is an advantage
