Affiliate Specialist
Your tasks
- Identify, research, and source potential affiliates using external data applications and web platforms.
- Build, organize, and maintain a comprehensive affiliate database according to corporate guidelines.
- Verify and audit sourced affiliate data to ensure it meets strict company quality benchmarks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel) to compile, track, and report affiliate metrics.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans with affiliate partners to maximize sales conversion rates and turnover growth.
- Identify high-performing products and design effective promotional campaigns to boost affiliate productivity and sales volume.
- Analyze affiliate sales data trends to identify revenue leaks and discover new optimization opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact to maintain strong communication and manage day-to-day interactions with affiliate partners.
- Develop retention programs, loyalty incentives, and clear communication channels to prevent affiliate churn and strengthen partner engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback/support to help affiliates achieve long-term growth alongside the company.
Requirements
Kualifikasi – Affiliate Specialist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Open to all education levels.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required.
- Open to graduates from all universities.
- Strong background in the relevant field is a primary consideration.
