Preschool Teacher (m/f)

Scope of duties:

Education and language work: Conducting daily classes and caring for children (2.5–6 years old) in English, using modern and diverse teaching methods.

Development and support: An individual approach to children's needs and developing their creativity, independence, and critical thinking.

Physical activity and nature: Organizing daily walks outdoors (regardless of the weather) and physical activities (yoga, gymnastics, dance).

Cooperation with parents: Maintaining constant contact with parents and providing constructive feedback regarding the child's development.

Care and safety: Ensuring the physical and emotional safety of children and their proper social development in an age-mixed group.

Requirements:

• education: higher (including a bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• skills: conducting classes with children, experience working with children/ in a nursery or preschool, punctuality, empathy, responsibility, care and nurturing - mandatory; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - mandatory; working with children - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: C1 - advanced, writing: B2 - upper intermediate - mandatory
• other: - commitment and enthusiasm in sharing knowledge with others,
• having interests that could be used to expand the preschool's offer.
